| I had to get my tire replaced a couple of weeks ago, and I'm glad I ended up at this guys shop. My front tire was going flat every morning and I just got a new job right after being let go during all of this Covid-19 craziness, so it was already becoming a stressful situation to be in. I had a flat that morning and I pulled up to Maxim Muffler's parking lot and explained I had a flat tire, they helped me out and I was on my way and had a good first day at work. Well, the same thing happened the next morning and I drove to Maxim again because they are nearby me, the lady at the front helped me out again without hesitation amd I made an appointment to bring my car in the following morning. I net the owner Marco who was a really friendly guy, I knew that I had nothing to worry about. He ended up giving me a really great price on two new tires, plus threw in some wiper blades because mine were shot. And I had my vehicle back within a couple hours, so the service was incredibly quick. I'll definitely be going back there for sure from bow on, have a good one. |

| The service was prompt (in a fairly urgent situation), the diagnosis was clear and not as serious nor expensive as I initially thought it might be, and the availability of a courtesy vehicle was very much appreciated. I decided on driving to the location from the far side of Portage Ave because of a referral ... and happy for the choice. Dave |

| I had to get my muffler replaced after being recommended by my regular mechanic. Overall a good experience, it cost more than I would've hoped but there was some hiccups with my car along the way. They also said my car was ready and when we showed up it wasn't. There was something that came up between when they called and when we got there. They were apologetic and gave me a 100$ giftcard so not alot of harm done. I would recommend! |
